I used low graphics quality, and the task manager showed that my graphics card usage was not high,Perhaps there is a problem with the driver

Also, when I'm playing Craftopia, the screen always freezes one by one, and sometimes it gets blurry. Maybe it's because I haven't optimized this game yet

This document is comes from SSU,please check it

Hello KH114514

Thank you for posting in the community. To address your first question, the reason for the low GPU usage is likely due to the low graphics quality settings in Counter-Strike. However, I have a few additional questions to better understand the issue:

  1. When the GPU usage is low, does your FPS also drop?
  2. Are you experiencing any stuttering while playing Counter-Strike?
  3. Have you tried rolling back to an older graphics driver for testing purposes?
  4. Besides Counter-Strike, are there any other games where you experience low FPS when the GPU usage is low?
  5. Could you provide an image of the game Craftopia appearing blurry?

1.Yes,although the GPU usage is about 30%
2.Yes,When I first turned on my computer and played games, I didn't have this problem,I initially used 2K with default full medium image quality, but after one or two games (about an hour and a half), I started to experience lag. I noticed that the GPU usage was not high, so I tried to lower the graphics quality, which initially worked, but after a while, it started to lag again
3.Yes,I tried 4 different driver from 2024.10 to the newest, but it didn't work
4.Yes,When I try many obscure games, this situation often occurs, sometimes even resulting in inability to enter or screen flickering. For example, I cannot enter the Black Myth Wukong, but everything is normal when playing Devil May Cry5

5.Here is it,What's more,I noticed that my screenshot looks normal, but it shows snowflakes on the screen

Hello KH114514,

I have a few more questions and a request regarding this issue. Please see the details below:

  1. Could you share the initial in-game settings you were using before switching to the lowest graphics preset? Also, please include your current in-game graphics settings.
  2. Can you list the driver versions you've tried? Did you select the clean installation option when installing different driver versions?
  3. Are you referring to Counter-Strike 2? If so, which platform did you use to download the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store)?
  4. What were your initial and current in-game resolutions?
  5. Have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller to fully remove previous drivers before installing new ones?
  6. Could you record a video when launching Black Myth: Wukong?

Additionally, I need to gather your FPS data while playing Counter-Strike. To do this, please download and install the CapframeX application, which can capture your FPS during gameplay. Use this tool while playing an entire match or at least half of it. You can find a guide for downloading and installing the application under the Performance section at this link: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Need-help-Reporting-a-bug-or-issue-with-Arc-GPU-PLEASE-READ-THIS/td-p/1494429

Dear Sir, I have finally discovered the cause of this problem: When Intel DSA is running in my backend, a program called DSAService takes up my CPU performance, causing frame drops. I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance

Hello KH114514,

If you have the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (DSA) installed on your system, it might be worth uninstalling it temporarily to see if it resolves the issue with your game. Here are the steps to uninstall the DSA:

  1. Launch any web browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.
  2. Download and run the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller .
  3. Follow the prompts to accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Click on "Next" and then "Close" to complete the uninstallation process.

After completing these steps, please try running your game again and let me know if the performance improves.
