New Intel graphics software sucks
No Video Recorder, Simplest in Practice
When I press Alt+I Alt+O I get the stats like before and if I change any property (BPC Setting, Screen Scaling etc.) in the Display Section of the app, the app crashes.
When I right-click on the desktop, it says Arc Control Panel and I personally use it from there, but it's a mess and the app's logo really sucks.

The worst part about this new driver is that it BSODs on every resume event (from Standby) on Windows 11, B550/5600X with an A750 whenever you leave a Youtube video full screen in the latest version of Chrome.
Probably a step up from the overlay corruption in the previous driver (~Dec 4th), but equally as frustrating.
The Arc driver has been rock solid for months before this past month. They obviously devoted too much effort to the B580 launch and have forgotten about A750/770 users.
Also WWE2K24 crashes randomly most of the time on the drivers from the past month too. Run the internal benchmark -- it crashes 9/10 runs.
Thanks Intel. You're making me sorry I traded my AMD 5500XT for this now. It was great up until you were preparing for the B580 launch.
Hello Lowroen,
Thank you for posting Intel Community Forum.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Intel Graphics Software. About the recording feature, Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and it’s feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third party software today like OBS, Steam, Windows GameBar etc. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.
With regards to the crashing issues that you are encountering, please share the details below.
1. Do the crashes happen when changing the other settings as well?
2. If possible, please attach a short video clip of the issue.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.

In order not to open a new topic, I will write in this one. This new software - I have a feeling it's a beta version. It crashes whenever it wants when changing some settings inside it. Separately in my OS event - constant crashes are reported. Some of the things that were in the previous one have been cut...

Yeah, the gpu software for their graphics cards sucks so much, The software is either closing itself randomly, or closing itself and then telling you that a custom fan curve is making your gpu unstable when opening it back up. Intel has a lot to learn for developing gpu software.
If it possible, can this new IGS brings back the capability to use hotkey shortcuts? It's a bit hassle to use cursor to navigate the taskbar, clicking show hidden icon and clicking IGS to bring up IGS menu, every time.
