Hi Palash,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I wanted to inform you that I will be escalating your feedback concerning driver support for the Intel Arc A380 graphics card with the i7 3770 processor to our engineering team.
However, I must mention that while we strive to address all concerns, I cannot guarantee a resolution due to the inherent compatibility considerations between these products. There are certain limitations that may affect the outcome.
Rest assured, your feedback is a crucial part of our continuous improvement process, and we will explore every possible solution within the scope of our product design and compatibility guidelines.
Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this matter to our attention.
Best regards,
Caguicla C.

Hi Palash,
Appreciate your patience on this matter.
To further check your concern, please provide the following:
1. Could you please specify the graphics driver version that was installed when the display issue occurred?
2. Did the display issue arise solely after the installation of the graphics driver?
3. We would find it helpful if you could provide the SSU logs from your system, allowing us to examine your system's configuration.
4. Prior to this, had you been using a separate discrete graphics card?
Additionally, it is important to note that typically, integrating an Arc graphics card with an unsupported processor may lead to performance-related concerns. Nevertheless, there are occasions where hardware limitations could be the underlying cause. To assist us in a thorough analysis of this matter, we need to gather more details.
For immediate troubleshooting steps, we suggest referring to our article titled "No Display Signal on Startup on Systems with Intel® Arc™ A770/A750 Graphics," which might offer some preliminary solutions.
Best regards,
Caguicla C.

Sorry for late reply, Did not get any mail notification for your massages.
I had completed the steps outlined in the following link. But still no display. My motherboard not support resize bar, other than that all I had tried.
