PROBLEM whit mouse after instaling new BETA drivers

Hello, I updated my drivers today.
I installed a BETA driver and my USB mouse stopped working, what should I do?

The mouse moving but clicking not work,how to fix it?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your mouse cursor after updating the driver on your system.


I would advise you to do a reinstallation of the latest driver 31.0.101.4576 using Display Driver Uninstaller.


if the issue still persists after reinstalling the driver, share with us the following information;


  • What is the mouse make and model? Is the issue happening with any other mouse?
  • Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response to get more information on the hardware configuration.

We wanted to follow up with this issue related to your mouse not working properly after the last driver. Were you able to follow the instructions to reinstall the driver using Display Driver Uninstaller? Please let us know if the issue still happens.
