Poor perfomance on Overwatch 2 after season latest of game

I noticed that before updating the season, overwatch had a performance so much better performance. Remember it runs more than 200FPS. I also tried runs in directx 11 and 12 (directx 11 runs better). I tried to realize clean installation of windows in the cloud and issue present in the poor performance run at 40 fps on average. I also see an abusive use CPU with my i7 9700f, 16gb RAM, which achieves 100% use without third-party applications open. I tried out runs in high priority as task manager. However, the trouble is still yet

To better assist you, I’d like to gather a few additional details:

  • Have you installed any recent updates for Windows or Overwatch 2 before the issue began? This helps pinpoint correlation with specific patches.
  • What are your current in-game graphics settings? Have you tested both DirectX 11 and 12 after the update?
  • Have you noticed any specific areas, actions, or game modes where the FPS drops more significantly? 
  • You mentioned performing a clean Windows installation via the cloud. Did you also reinstall the chipset and GPU drivers manually after that?

I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. Overwatch is up to date, just like Windows update. I set the graphics to medium with FSR 1 at 67% in 1080p. On DirectX 12, performance is worse than on DirectX 11. Even in the menu, the game stutters when starting. When launching training mode, it seems to load the game in a way that maximizes FPS. Yes, the chipset and drivers are updated and WHQL

Thank you for providing these crucial details. It appears that your current driver is not the most recent version. Please perform a clean installation using DDU with the latest driver version 32.0.101.6793.

 

If the problem continues, please submit CapFrameX capture data (.json files) that demonstrate the issue. Make sure to capture data at least three times to establish a reliable performance baseline.

  • Update Graphics Driver: Please download and install the latest non-WHQL Intel® Graphics driver version 32.0.101.6854 from the following link: Intel® Graphics – Preview Features – Windows* Before installing, we strongly recommend performing a clean installation using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool to ensure no remnants of previous drivers interfere with the update.
  • Upscaling Setting Inquiry: We noticed that you’re currently using the setting “High Quality upsampling = AMD FSR 1.0.” Could you please clarify if there’s a specific reason for using FSR 1.0? We suggest testing with "Default" or FSR 2.0 settings instead, as these may yield better performance and visual fidelity.
  • Performance Benchmarking: We kindly request that you run and capture at least three benchmarking sessions using CapFrameX. This will allow us to analyze performance over multiple runs, especially as performance typically improves after shader compilation is completed.
