Good night
As I told you, I did a clean uninstallation of the Intel Arc A770 drivers with the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) program. I reinstalled the drivers again. Version: 31.0.101.4887. The problem I have with Days Gone persists with low performance, especially at night. There are areas where there are many loads, and the performance is low and it would also be general day and night, I checked the Days Gone game files and nothing the problem persists, And I see that it is the drivers, That game must run at 100 FPS or more, When I have the game installed I will send a video and image of the performance, but it is general performance and at night more

Hello addelucas123
We understand your frustration, however, we believe the performance this title has with our Intel® Arc™ A770 is pretty good within this GPU range. We already shared a video in our previous post showing the graphics settings we used and the performance we for from the game, you can check the video here or check our post from 11/07/2023. As for the BIOS, there is nothing to tweak or configure the only exception is that you need to make sure Resizable BAR is enabled on your system.
We will check this with our team one more time, however, at this point, we cannot commit to any specific outcome. We will let you know once we have an update for you.
Best Regards,

Look hugo, I understand that you who say that the performance is going well is fine if it goes well, but there are areas where the FPS drops a lot and the general performance of the game is very low, I'll send you an image and where you see the red dot, the performance drops and the blue drops. a little, the game map is big, more or less I'll tell you where the performance falls and where you need to fix it with drivers, The red dots are camps, okay, they are camps where the performance falls, hey, the red dots are the camps where the performance falls, however many you see in the game, the map opens the map and wherever you see the camp, there is a performance drop at night and day.

Hello addelucas123
We have re-tested the game and we cannot see any performance difference when compared to the competitor's GPU. We tested one of the areas you pointed out and we believe the performance shown is what is expected from this game. Check a short video at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26-bsWZST1I
We will continue to make performance improvements to our drivers so please look forward to future driver updates and keep them up to date.

I have the same configuration as you, but the performance persists, I think I should do a performance test in this area the performance drops and you should improve, I am very angry with you, because Cyberpunk 2077 ok, low performance persists with the ultra quality, RT Activated, Intel XeSS quality mode 45 FPS some zones 65 FPS
I'm sending you an image of the Days Gone map so you can verify the performance, because it's going well for you and it's not for me.
Try going to that place marked in red, that's where performance drops

Hello addelucas123
We retested some of the areas that you have reported and have identified some of the frames drops from 110 to 60 fps. We cannot promise any fix or particular outcome since the game is still playable but we are going to report this to our driver dev team.

Hugo, if I have a problem with low performance, and you are doing well, something is happening and I have activated RESIZABLE BAR, so something must be, and I think it is in the drivers, because the developers of the game say that this game It is already optimized and it is not going to release any more patch, so you must release it, so I am waiting for the solution,

Good night
I'm David, and I still have the same problem with days gone performance, and I already think that Intel must be a little more serious with these drivers, because I don't see it fair, than when I spend money to buy a graphics card and play it well It's just that it doesn't play at the highest quality at more than 60 FPS, and the video game developers are telling you, it doesn't release any more patches, that is, an update, that game is already more than optimized and works very well, any graphics, and it doesn't anymore. It's a problem with the game, It's a driver problem, You tell me that things are going well for you and not for me, something is happening, I did the steps exactly as you said, clean installation, And the same problem comes back, And it's no longer problem with the game, because I made a lot of configurations and nothing and I think that since Intel doesn't get its act together, this is going to continue like this, and I don't think we're going to get there badly, because it makes me very angry that Intel still at that stage has come out with new graphics Intel and on top of that with the same problem, I don't know what you think or what you are thinking, Days Gone works with all AMD and NVIDIA graphics, The Intel Arc Graphics does not perform well, Let me tell you, my performance is fine Well, not me and I'm already tired of sending videos, photos, etc., you must correct the low fps performance, or I'll have to get very serious and stop buying Intel and we'll see how serious you are about this, we are your customers, I don't know. How do you treat or the Intel driver engineers, how do they take it calmly or what, please take this seriously now, we have been using graphics for 1 year and if we go like this, they will release another graphics card and on top of that that performance is still low, Please do to improve performance days gone, Here's the difference between the RTX 3060 Ti with Days Gone, so you can see that performance, versus the Intel Arc A770, I will send you the video of mine and the difference between the RTX 3060 Ti graphics card vs Intel Arc A770, and you will also see the difference between a GTX 750ti , I will send you different links to old graphics, even inferior and superior, it will tell me if it is a problem with the game or if it is drivers.
And the graphics that I have had, the GTX 1060 6GB, should play on high at 60 FPS, it is not worth it, because it turns out that if I put it on very high, 50 to 60 FPS, and I have Intel Arc A770 and that's the performance for me This is already a shame and I'm sorry that I have to say it but that's a shame that a graph that doesn't show the performance that it should be, seems very bad on the part of the engineers, something has to be done, with the performance problem of days gone.
