Por qué mi intel Arc a750 no está rindiendo como debería?

Hola, compré hace poco una intel Arc a750 (sparkle orc OC), antes de comprarla vi muchos vídeos y reseñas, con mis mismos componentes, pero al momento de tenerla y probarla resulta que no funciona como debería, los mismos juegos que veo en reviews con mis mismos componentes en mi pc no funcionan, tengo el rebar activado, y el perfil xmp
Mis componentes son:
Ryzen 5600GT
Arc a750 (sparkle orc oc)
16gb ram ddr4 3200mh
Fuente de 600w bronce+
Placa MSI Pro B550

Thank you for bringing this issue to the community's attention. I need some clarification on your statement that "it does not work as it should." Could you specify whether you are experiencing issues like crashing or low FPS with your GPU, or is it not functioning at all?


If you are encountering issues, please follow these steps:


  1. Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version.
  2. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version.
  3. Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date.

Intel has released a new graphics update, and we have already fixed some issues. Please update your graphics driver to Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6651 and test it. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out.
