Problemas de rendimiento en juegos de la intel arc b580 challenger 12gb

he tenido problema con la intel arc b580 en juegos tipo counter strike 2 que no se utiliza la 100% de la grafica o almenos quiero que tenga buenos fps que mí monitor soporta 165hz pero el juego va de 200fps a 70fps, también juegos como el need for speed nfs heat que no se utiliza al 100% de la grafica y va a 60fps o menos y tiene problema de textura el juego, si yo desactivo programación de gpu acelerada por hardware el counter strike 2 va un poco mejor, no importa si es con vulkan que se ve muy lagueado teniendo muchos fps o con directx 11 pero en otros juegos si no lo tengo activado hay un pesimo rendimiento en fortnite que no se utiliza la grafica si tengo la aceleracion de gpu por hardware desactivado.

tengo un:

intel core i5 14400f 

intel arc b580 challenger 12gb

32gb de ram corsair

fuente de alimentación 750w de xpg core reactor II

gracias por tomar en cuenta mi problema en ciertos juegos de la intel arc b580, proporcionare la información que usted me está pidiendo para encontrar el problema de rendimiento en juegos que no se utiliza en 100% de la gráfica.

1. el sistema funciona correctamente, nada de problemas por el momento.

2. Nada de sobrecalentamiento en la grafica b580 .

3. la configuración que utilice en el need for speed nfs heat es todo en ultra en 1080p, mientras en counter strike utilizo una relación de aspecto 4:3 con resolución 1280x960 con algunos ajustes en alto y en otras en bajo para conseguir la mayoría de fps posibles que es un poco inestable y a veces se activa la sincronización vertical automáticamente en pantalla completa.

4. las caídas de fps en counter strike ocurre cuando hay mucha actividad de humos, explosiones y a veces ocurre cuando no hay nada de eso, mientras en need for speed ocurre en todo momento sin utilizar el 100%, solo utilizando el 50% de la gráfica con texturas de pasto borroso.
5. la plataforma que estuve utilizando es Steam.

Espero con estos datos con el archivo de utilidad de soporte del sistema Intel puedan solucionar pronto el problema que llevo teniendo.

Hola Jed G,

yo he desactivado a programación de GPU acelerada por hardware para testear si mejoraba en rendimiento en algunos juegos, y mejora el rendimiento en counter strike pero en otros juegos va fatal por ejemplo resident evil 4, fortnite, etc, por el momento lo tengo activado para tener compatibilidad con todos los juegos.

la herramienta que he usado para ver el consumo de mí ordenador es MSI afterburner y intel presentmon.

1.yo he colocado los juegos en bajo y mejora un poco el rendimiento pero tengo algunos ajustes en alto por ejemplo las sombras y la iluminación global en counter strike, y en otros juegos pues si le bajo los graficos ban mejor pero hay veces que la consistencia de frametime es muy inestable en todos los juegos por ejemplo va a 60fps pero el frametime va inestable y da un poco sensación que el juego va lagueado, no importa va a 80fps o más pero se siente un poco lagueado el juego teniendo fps altos.

2.he utilizado apagando programas de segundo plano y nada por el momento, nada de rendimiento.

3.tengo en maximo rendimiento en opciones de energía.

4.yo he conectado bien la ranura PCIe en el slot de la motherboard y la alimentación esta bien conectada de corriente.

5.Tengo todos los juegos actualizados al día y por el momento nada de mejora.

Si necesitas más información hágamelo saber para ver si lo pueden arreglar en una futura actualización de drivers si mejora el rendimiento de mí intel arc.

Archivo .rar tiene capturas de need for speed aparte con el counter strike, le dejo el archivo con las imagenes con el problema de textura que a mí me ocurre y la falta de uso de la gpu de la grafica. 

Espero con eso puedan arreglar en un futuro los juegos que presentan ese error, mientras tanto miraré si con la nueva actualización del software para la intel arc mejora o sigue igual los juegos mencionados.

vale, aquí le dejo un video de cómo se comportó la gráfica a temas de humos y explosiones en counter strike con los requerimientos que usted me pidió, utilice la configuración de directx 11 ya que si lo utilizo API vulkan en relación 4:3 no se estira y si lo coloco en "escalado de gpu" en "estirar" da una sensación horrible de imagen en vez de tener "escalado de pantalla" con "mantener relación de aspecto", y la API vulkan no mejora el rendimiento del counter strike si lo utilizo, se ve un poco raro ya que siento que va más lageado el juego.

espero que con eso pueda ser suficiente, si necesitas más pruebas me lo haces saber.

I am writing to provide you with an update following our investigation. We would like to set appropriate expectations regarding the performance of Counter-Strike 2. When played at lower resolutions such as 1280x960, the game is unlikely to fully utilize the GPU, as it tends to be more CPU-dependent under these conditions. To shift the workload more towards the GPU, we recommend increasing the resolution to 1080p (which still remains somewhat CPU-bound) or preferably to 1440p, where the game becomes more GPU-intensive.

Furthermore, the CapFrameX data provided shows relatively good performance (145.6 FPS average totaling all captures) with minimal stuttering and the lowest FPS reading observed across all captures was 93.74. Perhaps record new and longer duration CapFrameX data (one per round)

You can also try the steps below to improve performance:

1. Update driver to version 32.0.101.6874

2. In BIOS disable ASPM settings.

3. In the game graphics settings set "max FPS in-game" to 1000.

4. Set graphics presets to Medium or High.

Hola Jed G, me he puesto hacer la recomendación que ud me dio, solamente estoy viendo si es estable la versión y los problemas resueltos de los nuevos controladores "6876" ya que el controlador "6874 WHQL" tenía problemas con artefactos  en la pantalla al reproducir contenido multimedia y sí, lo han corregido, ahora counter strike con nuevos drivers me ha ido mejor.

1. la versión que tengo es la 32.0.101.6876  y me va excelente, sin ningún problema y ha mejorado en la relación de aspecto en la parte de activar vulkan, he colocado en el panel de video escalado de gpu "estirado" y se ve bien, mejor que antes que se veía muy mal.

2. En la bios tengo desactivado ASPM todo el tiempo.

3. tengo el juego desbloqueado sin tener sincronización vertical para que no se me bloque los fps.

4. Tengo ajustes competitivos con ajustes altos y otros en bajos.

La verdad ha arreglado problemas con relación de aspectos cuando activaba vulkan en counter strike y lo tengo habilitado, me ha mejorado el rendimiento de fps y va excelente.

ver si en un futuro pueden mejorar más el rendimiento, por el momento estoy satisfecho con lo que han hecho, gracias Jed G por tomarse el tiempo en ayudarme con mi problema.
