Some games crash with the last driver - Arc 770 LE

EDIT : DDU to the latest stable driver seemed to solve the problem - Beta driver made it worse

Hello.

I found issue with some games like many other users of the Arcs.

Here is a list :

Farming Simulator 22
Euro Truck Simulator 2

Cyberpunk 2077

Spyro Remastered

Every time the log mentions a disconnect of the DX peripheral. For exemple :

Warning: Device removed! DXGI_ERROR code: 0x887A0006

Platform :

AMD Ryzen 5800X on X570 mb
32 Gb of RAM at 3600 MHz

My card is overclocked with a 23 enhancement factor - + 85mV
228W power limit and 90°C Temp limit

Fan curve adjusted

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics communities. I am sorry you are experiencing random crashes on your system with Intel® Arc™ Graphics.

I see you edited the post and mentioned that issues seem resolved after a clean installation of the latest stable driver using DDU, so we would like to know if you still need further assistance.

In case the crashes still happen, monitor the system and right after a crash occurs, create a log file using the DxDiag tool and attach it to your response.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Mascready. It's helpful to see the specific games affected and the DXGI error code. I also appreciate the detailed specs and OC settings — those can definitely be a factor. Glad to hear DDU and the latest stable driver improved things; it seems the beta driver may still have some instability issues. Hopefully Intel continues refining support for Arc cards. Anyone else here seeing similar crashes with these titles?
