I am now getting the same error with Conan Exiles.
That as soon as I attempt to launch the game, it reports that my Video Driver does not have DirectX Feature Level 10.0 and refuses to launch the Game.... and yet I was just playing the same game on this same Driver just 12 hours ago with no problems.

Rebooting my PC, seems to have resolved this with Conan Exiles.
I'll test it with Star Citizen later.

No longer having this issue with either game.
Both games have had some major updates in the past week, that might have had something to do with it.
