Starfield unstable even after todays 31.0.101.4676 driver update

Hi, Starfield loads and then runs between 1min to 30mins before crashing, crashes mainly between moving areas in the game that seem to require loading such as exiting ship onto a planet etc sometimes just random.

I am on latest Beta driver 31.0.101.4676 Non-WHQL.

Starfield Ultimate Edition on Steam.

System:

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600KF 3.50 GHz

Intel Arc A770 16Gb

Corsair Vengeance LPX 6000 C36 2x16GB

Samsung 980 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 2TB

Windows 11 Pro 22H2

MSI MPG Z790 CARBON WIFI (MS-7D89)

Resizable BAR enabled.

PS5 controller working on Bluetooth or plugged in by USB-C (works very nicely), If I play keyboard mouse it crashes almost instantly which is very weird!?

I have tried everything I can think of and have read from troubleshooting guides online. Running game and steam on admin, turning off overclocking, playing on low, med and ultra settings, verifying game files on steam, reinstalling game. re-installing GPU drivers clean install.

I get smooth gameplay and lovely sharp, good looking graphics when playing on ultra for a few minutes then crash.

Every other game I play on this setup I can max out settings with no crashes, smooth as butter gameplay and FPS.

Any ideas please for a fix? Anyone else having this issue? I dont want to get a refund on this just yet game as i am having fun but my patience is wearing thin

@Jean_Intel , I opened question curious to know if there's a schedule to solve this same problem:
https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Planned-schedule-for-a-definitive-Starfield-fix/m-p/1522640#M7689

I'm sure we shouldn't treat this as a isolated case, and check with the development team if they have a plan.
Users want more transparency.
