Streaming with OBS and Streamlabs

I would like to know what is the best configuration for streaming.
I tried with a 1920x1080 setting and it overloaded OBS and Streamlabs.
The transmissions only work at 1280x720 and even then they choke.
It's incredible how there are so many complaints about the board and there is no solution from Intel.
I gave it a chance and I'm regretting the purchase.
