Hi, i dont know where to post this so ill post it here
Im having 2 re-occurring bugs with my A770 16GB i got yesterday in Tekken 8. I have downloaded the newest drivers.
1) After matching up with another player, there are times where it takes so long to connect to the other player that it disconnects and boots me back to the practice lobby. Once this happens once, it happens again and again until i take a break and turn off the PC altogether.
I am running Ultra settings with FSR 2 performance, which gives me stable 60 fps and I dont want to lower settings if i can run them easily. I am also playing on a HDD, but there was no disconnecting with my previous RX 580 with the same HDD
2) Sometimes the game straight up crashes, this didnt happen with previous GPU.
Thank you in advance

I've found the issue, it was an outdated mod which crashed the game 50% of the time when trying to switch outfits

Hello Temujin,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand your concern, but I need some additional information to help clarify the issue. Please answer the following questions:
- Is your current driver version 32.0.101.6458 or 32.0.101.6449?
- When you updated to the latest version, did you choose the custom installation and check the clean installation box?
- Besides Tekken 8, are there any other games experiencing the same issue?
- What resolution are you using for Tekken 8 and your monitor?
- Does the issue occur when you are playing in arcade mode?
- If you change your graphics setting from FSR to a different one (e.g., TAAU, TSR), does the issue still appear?
- Have you tried rolling back the driver for testing?
Additionally, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

Hi, my first issue is now gone as i have an SSD now. But the 2nd issue of crashing still happens
1) my drivers are 32.0.101.6458
2) when i first downloaded the drivers i used a DDU and then installed drivers, if it would be beneficial to re-download a clean install of all intel drivers i can try that
3) no other games
4) 2560 x 1080 Ultra settings
5) the issue only consistently occurs in the character select screen when trying to join a custom lobby. It irregularly crashes at the char select screen in quick match and ranked too
6) FSR 2 and FSR 1 both crash. TSR doesnt
Thanks for the help, it seems FSR was the problem
Edit: It seems it wasnt just the problem. The game only crashes when i try to select my custom outfit, which is the newest one from the tekken shop.
FSR 2 - Crash
FSR 1 - Crash
XeSS Ultra Quality - Crash
TSR - Crash after restart tekken
TAUU - Crash after restart tekken

Hello Temujin,
I'm glad to hear you were able to isolate the issue to an outdated mod. Given that the problem is related to the mod, I'm curious to know if the game still crashes when you don't use the mod for your custom outfit.
Best regards,
