The current device driver version in use is 6739, and the operating system is Windows 10 22H2.
When using the 4:3 resolution of 1280*960 in Counter-Strike 2, only a refresh rate of 60Hz can be used, and the same problem occurs with other resolutions. To achieve the maximum refresh rate of 165Hz supported by the monitor, a resolution of 1920*1080 needs to be used, and then the 165Hz refresh rate can be applied.
At present, I have tried replacing the HDMI cable and can enable 120Hz. I have purchased a new DP2.1 cable and am awaiting further testing.

I have repurchased a DP 2.1 cable and tested it, but I still cannot enable a higher refresh rate in the 4:3 aspect ratio; it is only limited to 60Hz. I hope the next version of the driver can fix this issue.

Hello AlenChen696,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
For me to assist you effectively, please share the information below.
1. Were you able to achieve maximum refresh rate with 4:3 resolution previously?
2. Is the issue isolated to Counter Strike 2?
3. What is the make and model of the monitor? If possible, kindly share the link
4. What is the HDMI cable's version?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I hope to hear from you soon.

Previously, when using an NVIDIA 1660 Super graphics card, I was able to achieve a refresh rate of 165Hz at a 4:3 resolution. I haven’t tested this issue with other games. The monitor is from a very niche brand, and I assume you haven’t heard of it. Since it’s been quite a long time, I can no longer find the link to it. The HDMI cable is of version 2.1.
