My B580 graphics card didn't seem to work on ACE COMBAT™7 SKIES UNKNOWN, and even though I had specified the B580 in my Windows11 display card Settings, the game ended up using the cpu's integrated graphics card.ReBar is enabled.

Hello R7-9700X-ARC-B580,
Thank you for sharing this useful information with us.
I have a few additional questions regarding to the issue.
- Have you tried setting the dedicated graphics card on the BIOS?
- My I know what port you're using on your graphics card? is it a DisplayPort or HDMI?
- Have you check with different apps and games if the system will use the Intel Arc B580?
- You can try re-seating your GPU for testing if there will be improvement on the issue.
Best regards,
Earl E.

I use HDMI,I didn't set up the bios, but when I played other games that used the B580 graphics card, I reinstalled the graphics card and drivers

Hi R7-9700X-ARC-B580,
Thanks for your response.
Noted on this, for us to better isolate the cause of the issue, try disabling the integrated graphics of your CPU on the BIOS then set B580 as default.
If issue still persist, try re-seating the graphics card just to be sure.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hi R7-9700X-ARC-B580,
Thanks for sharing your concerns with me.
The reason why we need to disable the Integrated graphics, it's because we need to isolate if the Dedicated graphics card will work as intended if the Integrated graphics is disabled.
Rest assured that this is just for testing, you can enable the integrated graphics after.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hi R7-9700X-ARC-B580,
Just a quick update regarding to your inquiry.
I've attempted to reproduce the problem on our end, but it doesn't happen there.
You can try to contact your motherboard manufacturer on how to disable your IGPU on your system and for the game.
I will now close this inquiry. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Earl E.
