Arc A770 LE
Even when the fans work great, the card overheat. But, way too often, they're not working properly. As I stated in another post, when I change any performance setting in Arc Control, the fans won't go higher than ~1300RPM, which is not enough at all when gaming
The thing is, Arc cards are not popular, so there is no good 3rd party software that lets the user control the fans. (Acer Predator BiFrost exists, but I believe that Arc Control sometimes overrides BiFrost's fan settings). I am an Intel employee by no means, but I believe that this is a severe problem, as it linked to thermal, that can damage the card if not treated properly.
For me, there are 2 ways to solve this:
1) Heavily encourage 3rd party software devs to implement fan control in their OC software. (I'm looking at MSi Afterburner a lot here. Right now, they do not support Arc cards in any way except for monitoring, which is a shame because it's by far the most used OC tool), and after, solve the Arc Control fan control issue
2) Put all the workforce on solving the Arc Control fan control issue to fix it ASAP, but may require more time (given that Arc Control has way too much issues right now)

Hello TheWonderfulPie
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with the fan cooling on your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics.
This is a known issue that as you mentioned happens when modifying any overclocking settings on the performance Tab, we are working to come up with a fix for this issue as soon as possible, at the moment our recommendation is to not modify the settings on ARc Control and use them in defaults.
We are also working on the Fan Control feature for the ARC Control Software and hope to release it soon so customers can modify the fan curve for the GPUS, however, there is no estimated time for the feature to be released.
We would like to also get the report from Intel® Graphics Command Centers so we can get more input from the systems that are affected by the RPM blocked issue, you can follow these instructions:
Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers

Thank you for your patience. I want to let you know that we passed the information to our team and we continue to work on this issue. As mentioned in my previous post there is no estimated time for the fix to be released as this is a general issue but please look forward to future driver updates that should contain the fix. Thank you for your understanding.

UP!
There is a major problem, fan control curve 'hack' no longer works (at least for me), so fan speed does not exceed above 1250 RPM. for this reason, temperature of my GPU reaches 90C (95C for VRAM) (stock values / no OC).
FIX THIS ASAP!
