I am having trouble installing the latest Intel drivers for my graphics card. I have tried following the instructions on the Intel website, but I keep getting an error message that says "The driver is not compatible with your hardware." I have tried downloading the drivers from sources https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/229151/intel-arc-a770-graphics-16gb/downloads.html , but I am still getting the same error message.
Details:
I have an Intel Arc A770 graphics card.
I am running Windows 11.

Hello michaeel
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites.
This issue is a little bit strange since it should not happen when compatible hardware is installed. Could you please check the GPU is been detected properly under device manager?
In case there is any driver conflict or possible corruption, I would advise you to use Display Driver Uninstaller before trying to install the Intel driver.
If the issue continues, please share with us a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* so we can check your system specs and verify if there might be any problem.
Best Regards,
Hugo O.

Thank you for your assistance.
While I appreciate your latest recommendations to use https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html, for driver installation, unfortunately, it did not resolve the error message I was encountering.
I've since taken my computer to a repair technician, who identified and fixed the underlying problem causing the driver incompatibility. While the performance isn't yet fully optimized, it's significantly improved compared to its previous state.
