I am experiencing a brightness flickering issue on my MSI STEALTH 14 AI STUDIO A1VFG-217XTR when using the Intel Arc graphics unit. The issue is particularly noticeable when the screen brightness is low. The brightness slightly fluctuates, dimming and brightening intermittently. When I switch to discrete graphics mode, enabling the NVIDIA RTX 4060, the issue disappears. The flickering and brightness fluctuations only occur when the Intel GPU is active. It is somewhat difficult to describe, but especially in dark scenes, the screen behaves as if it has a "heartbeat effect," where the brightness subtly increases and decreases, causing a flickering sensation. I have tried various solutions, including using OEM drivers, WHQL-certified drivers, and beta drivers, as well as adjusting multiple settings, but the issue persists. Is there any known solution or workaround for this problem?

When I tested with version 32.0.101.6632, the issue still persists. If I disable these two Intel features from the BIOS, the issue is resolved, but this time, battery performance is affected.

Hello OnurKarabulut88,
I understand how important it is for your laptop to function smoothly, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this matter.
I would like to inform you that Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) release their specific drivers less frequently than we update our generic drivers. While our generic drivers are designed to support a wide range of devices, they may not fully accommodate all the unique features and functionalities that OEMs implement in their hardware.
If you are experiencing issues with your laptop despite having the latest OEM drivers installed, I recommend that your first step should be to contact the OEM's support team. They are best equipped to address and resolve any hardware-specific issues you may be encountering.
I appreciate your understanding.
Regards,
Randy T.
