Unity games crashing on A380

Hi guys

I'm experiencing Unity games crashing at startup. DJMax Respect V and EZ2ON Reboot R are the games. I even tested it on another motherboard to make sure it isn't Jginyue issue. Both games have light system requirements. I switch to Asus RTX 3050 8GB Phoenix and they don't crash. I  DDU and switch it back to A380 and those games are crashing again. This is my system spec.

Core i5-12400 or Core i5-12600K (Just to make sure CPU isn't the problem)

Noctua NH-L12S

Jginyue B760i Gaming or MSI B760M-A Pro Wifi (both using latest BIOS as of 18/05/2025)

Kingston 16GB X2 DDR4-3200 (already stressed with memtest86 and passed)

Sparkle A380 Genie 6GB

Kingston KC3000 1TB (tried fresh install of WIndows 11 too)

Corsair SF750 ATX 3.0

Driver version 6793 (I use DDU before switching to another card)

Please take a look at these games and see what is the problem. Thanks

Hi Randy

Thanks for the reply. One more hardware I forgot to add. I have Creative Sound Blaster X5 external sound card as well. Unfortunately, driver v 6795 still crashing. This is what I did.

DDU Uninstall Nvidia driver and shut down.

Turn off the system

Switch to Arc A380

DDU Uninstall Intel graphics driver and restart

Install Intel graphics driver 6795

Start DJMax Respect V

Crash to desktop with small Unity window

You can get this game here.

EZ2ON Reboot R:

This is a fresh install of Windows 11 as well.

Issue started when I used A380 on my B760 small rig. Nvidia and AMD graphic cards doesn't crash on this game. I think Creative Sound Blaster X3 and X5 is not compatible with A380 on certain configurations. When I disable Creative external cards and used onboard audio Realtek ALC897. No more crash. Funny thing is Creative external cards works fine with A380 on Core i9-13900K, Asus Z790-F Gaming Wifi II, 48GB DDR5.

It is a fresh installation of Windows 11 for my B760 rig. I even updated the chipset driver to the latest. I think I'll mess around with more advanced BIOS settings.

I've found temporary solution.

Disable Creative cards

Start game and wait until title screen.

Enable Creative cards

Select audio output device with Windows.

It works now.
