Intel Arc A770 LE 16gb. German UI.
Driver: 31.0.101.4311
Arc Control Software
When I hover over the question mark next to the box I get infos about a "Speed-Sync" which I can't even select but no real help when to chose which option. Smoth-Sync isn't explained at all.
In games I can't see any difference too.
Same for most other option. No real help when hovering over the "?" and most of them don't seam to do anything at all.
And why do I need to use 3 different tools at all?
Arc Control for AA/VSync/OC, "Arc Kontrolcenter" for brightness/contrast/video/other and Intel Arc RGB to adjust the bling bling? And 2 of them I had to search for as they aren't mentioned at your web side (or that well hidden, that I didn't not see them).
Please
1 Tool which comes directly with the Driver Pack or can be downloaded from YOUR server same site as the the driver ... one click you know?
Driver: HERE
Beta Driver: HERE
Control Software (ONE for all): HERE
No need to scroll down, no need to search the web for it.
Thanks.

Hello HoHein
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. We appreciate your feedback in regard to our Intel® Arc™ Control Software, we understand it is important to have all functions for the graphics card in just one place as well as all the functions and features well explained.
We are migrating the features from Intel® Graphics Command Center to our Intel® Arc™ Control Software since this is intended to be our main software for graphics, however, this is a gradual process and there is still work to do in that field. Allow me to get this information for you and, I will pass your feedback to the corresponding team, once I have an update I will post back.
Best Regards,
Hugo O.

Hello HoHein
We appreciate your patience. In regards to the different Vsync Technologies, you can find in Arc Control we wanted to share the following information on what they do:
Smart VSync: Automatically enables VSync when the application’s render rate exceeds the display's refresh rate and disables VSync when the render rate falls below the display's refresh rate.
Smooth Sync: is used for displays without Adaptive Sync support blurring distracting screen tears with a dithering filter
Only pre-requisite for Smooth Sync is having VSync OFF.
