Valorant fps fluctuations

[CAUSE]

I have the following specs
CPU - ryzen 5700x
GPU - Intel arc A750
Ram- 16gb 3200mhz
I am having problem while playing valorant of fps keeps fluctuating widely sometimes it goes from 250 to 140/120 fps, drivers stability are not good for constant frames and frames remains below 200 while streaming on discord also. I am using this system for 2 year only.

1. Was it working fine before?
2. What was the last change in the system before you start having this issue?
3. Are you using an Intel brand Arc A50?
4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
