The screenshot's are not of the capture but do show the performance at 720p, this is on a AMD 5700G with the igpu disabled in the bios. The drivers for the graphics card are up to date. Resizable bar is enabled. At 1440p I get 15 fps, the recordings are not with any challenging graphics, even the poor fps count shows in the menus in the game. Other UE4 games I have resolved issues by trying DX11, this game I am unable to get any acceptable performance. BL3 for example runs over 100fps.

Hello Swicked86,
Thank you for posting in the community!
I apologize for the difficulties you're experiencing with FINAL FANTASY VII Remake. To help us investigate the issue further, could you please provide the following information:
- Which game digital service are you using to play this game?
- Was the game functioning properly before?
- To better assess the game's performance, please share another CapFrameX result with at least 2-3 minutes of gameplay, as the logs currently show less than 1 minute. Here's the link on how to run the CapFramex again: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Need-help-Reporting-a-bug-or-issue-with-Arc-GPU-PLEASE-READ-THIS/m-p/1494429#M5057
- Did you perform a clean installation using DDU when installing the driver?
Best regards,

First I deleted the cache as recommended and the tests performed were after that. Then I removed the driver in safe mode and reinstalled the graphics driver. The issue went away I now get over 100fps at 2k. What do I need to do to collect logs or actually troubleshoot what caused the issue. Reinstalling doesn't feel like a good solution, if it comes back for another title I'll be happy to troubleshoot the issue rather than just resolve the problem. It feels like this is really damaging Intel. My favorite response to the issue was that I didn't have enough compute and needed a more powerful CPU, I see this type of response often and think it maybe impacting sales of a great product. I wish Intel great luck and hope I see less performance issues in the future.
