Hello hasanakay,
Thank you for jumping into your thread to report the video delay problem when streaming content. We will help you solve this issue.
Based on your issue, and to better help you, we want to ask for the following details:
- When did the issue start? Was it present since day one?
- Is this problem related to only the Online streaming platform, or is the issue present when reproducing a video file from the computer?
- You mentioned that you updated your drivers; however, we would like to ask if you can share more details about the driver installation method you followed to update the graphics drivers.
Finally, we understand that you are also experiencing a BSOD issue, but we recommend reporting one issue per thread to keep it organized and avoid confusion.
Best regards

This used to work without problems a while ago. Not sure which driver was being used. I had BSOD issues so updated my driver and then this problem showed up. This only happens when using streaming like YouTube. It does NOT happen for local videos in the PC.
I have uninstalled in Re-installed the drivers to no avail. The BSOD issue is caused by this module: MODULE_NAME: igdkmdnd64
I also posted a thread about this with BSOD subject line. The streaming problem seems like a delay loading the video about 10 secs. The audio starts right away but video seems take a long time to load hence the lag.

Hello hasanakay,
After looking into the system report, we noticed that your graphics driver is 31.0.101.4369. There are newer driver updates available in our download center, so we would like to recommend you update your graphics driver to the latest driver from Lenovo, 31.0.101.3959. But before installing the driver, you should run the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Please note that previous driver files and leftovers can affect the functionality of your system, and the DDU tool will eliminate all the previous driver installation files. It is important to mention that there are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system. The best thing to do is to use the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM).
Best regards

Hello Jean,
Unfortunately the drivers on the Lenovo site are for Windows 11. I am using Windows 10. I am not sure they would work on Win10. I would like to give it a try though.

Hello hasanakay,
Thank you for the information provided. If Lenovo does not include drivers for Windows 10, it would be worth checking with them if this Operating System has been validated to work with their product. Based on their website, their drivers are compatible with Windows 11 (64-bit) only.
However, you can also try performing a fresh driver installation using the DDU software, but instead of installing the drivers from Lenovo, you can install the latest Intel Generic drivers. Just so you know, installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite any customized driver from your Computer Manufacturer (OEM). As we mentioned, OEM drivers are handpicked, customized, and validated to resolve platform-specific issues, enable features and enhancements, and improve system stability. Intel’s generic graphics drivers are intended for testing, and we recommend using drivers from the system manufacturer (OEM).
Best regards

The system I have came with Win 11. I downgraded to Win 10. I have installed the Lenovo Drivers without any problem but problem still persists. It is possible that the Lenovo drivers were Win 11 and may not have been validated for Win 10.

Hello hasanakay,
We see that the issue remains after installing the latest Lenovo drivers. However, as the drivers are intended to work with Windows 11, we would like to recommend you install the latest Intel Driver 31.0.101.4972 for testing. To install this driver, perform a clean installation of the driver following the indications listed in the article Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*.
