Weird Graphic stretching in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2(2022)

when I play Modern Warfare 2(2022) online, I sometimes get these weird stretches in my View that, while not really detrimental to the gameplay, can be a bit distracting.

What is detrimental to the gameplay, however, is that in some maps I can see straight through a texture/wall in a certain map, which is definitely not okay. I'm not sure if it's just my Graphics Card bugging out or if it's the game itself. I unfortunately could not upload a video with the texture glitch,  but it does occur often.

I can not confirm if this also happens in warzone as I do not play that game mode.

Attached is a video of the graphic stretching(you might have to squint to see it).
