Weird Graphical Spikes in PUBG

Hello. I recently upgraded my GPU from an RX 580 to an Arc A750. In nearly 2 months of ownership, I have experienced a persistent issue while playing PUBG. Every 10th game or so, I get these giant spikes that obstruct my view on the map. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like, and my PC build is linked below. Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you for the response. Here is the information you requested:

1. What is the Windows build and version?  Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2, Build 22621.1413

2. Are you using DirectX 12 or DirectX 11?  DirectX 11 (I previously tried DirectX 12, but experienced frequent game crashes)

3. Does the issue happen with any resolution?  I only play at the monitor's native 1920x1080

4. Do you have issues with any other games?  No; however, I only play 2 other games:  Hogwarts Legacy and Dying Light. Even so, those are played somewhat infrequently.

5. What is the graphics driver version installed?  At the time of my original post, I was on 31.0.101.4146. Yesterday, I updated to 4255.

6. What is the BIOS version installed?  5.30

Hello Drerunsit,

Thanks for the information. Before we continue further, I would like you to try the following:

1. Just to confirm that there are no install issues. Try a clean install of the latest Intel driver:

2. If the regular driver did not work, try with the BETA version: Driver:

3. Check with AsRock to get the proper steps to update the BIOS (5.70):

Hello Drerunsit,

I was checking your thread and see that we have not heard back from you. I’m going to close your post, but if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to create a new thread.

I recommend you check with the game developer if this issue is limited to one game or with the motherboard manufacturer to confirm compatibility with the Intel card.
