Hello. I recently upgraded my GPU from an RX 580 to an Arc A750. In nearly 2 months of ownership, I have experienced a persistent issue while playing PUBG. Every 10th game or so, I get these giant spikes that obstruct my view on the map. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like, and my PC build is linked below. Thanks in advance.

Hello Drerunsit,
Thanks for the information. Before we continue further, I would like you to try the following:
1. Just to confirm that there are no install issues. Try a clean install of the latest Intel driver:

- Diver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/726609/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-whql-windows.html?
2. If the regular driver did not work, try with the BETA version: Driver:
- Driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/729157/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-beta-windows.html
3. Check with AsRock to get the proper steps to update the BIOS (5.70):

Hello Drerunsit,
I was checking your thread and see that we have not heard back from you. I’m going to close your post, but if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to create a new thread.
I recommend you check with the game developer if this issue is limited to one game or with the motherboard manufacturer to confirm compatibility with the Intel card.
Regards,
Deivid A.
