Essentially what the title says is what happened, did a driver update yesterday, waited a bit to restart it as I was watching a movie at the time and now I can't even get windows to load, I have tried many things such as reinstalling windows with files & without files multiple times, I have tried countless amounts of commands in cmd prompt and none of the commands work, currently it will freeze on welcome, I can restart and then it will freeze on log in, and if I happen to get further than that it will freeze again on desktop screen. I've tried booting it in many various safe modes as possible and no luck.

Worked completely fine before driver update other than a error that stated 'your graphics card does not support dual tmu' but a simple restart would fix that for the day

Hello Rxpngdtg,
We are sorry to hear that the video card is faulty. Fortunately, the card is now under the RMA process, and the place of purchase is taking care of the card. Since you have processed the RMA process through the POP, we will close this thread. If you need additional information, please submit a new question; since this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Jean O.
