Windows not giving me a option to turn on HAGS

Hi there! I have a Sparkle B580 and after some research I decided to give HAGS a spin but it does not give me a option to turn it on and was wondering if anyone could tell land me a hand or let me know why that is.

I7-7700K

Z270 PRO-4

DDR4 32GB @ 3.2Ghz

Windows 10 22H2 

All drivers are up to date and I have WDDM 2.7
