1. Was it working fine before?
2. What was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
3. Can you share some pictures or videos of the issue?
4. What is your game launcher?
5. Can you share a screenshot of the game's Graphics settings in English?
6. Please help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to review the hardware and the drivers installed. Please refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
