latest drivers are installed and cleaned with DDU

Asrock ARC A770 16GB
32GB DDR5
ASRock Z790 pro rs
———-——————
- I’ve been having issues with games crashing (especially when running over 60fps) and graphical glitches that started around 2 months ago. After trying to work with support from both intel and game devs, I’ve found what i think is the root of the issue.
- A Highwire dev pointed out that every game that was having issues (Baldur's Gate 3, 6 Days in Falluja, Ready or Not, and Lethal Company) had Windows Error Reports containing a lot of "P1: 141" codes which is a main hardware fault.
- My card (Asrock A770 16gb) is factory overclocked and would run at 2500Mhz; 500 over Intels’ spec. As I dropped the CPU Core Power Limit I watched the graphical glitches lessen with every few watts dropped until at 145W and 1800Mhz there were no graphical issues and the codes were gone.
- I'm not sure if it's Asrock or intel drivers no longer working correctly with the overclock on this card. Either way I should not have to handicap my card for it to work properly.
- Attached is a video
it starts at default settings (210W) - pause as I change settings- setting at 145W
