Hello iov,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- When did you purchase the Arc A750?
- Are you using an Intel brand Arc graphics?
- Was it working fine before?
- Just to clarify, you are only having issues with Counter Strike 2? No issues while playing the other titles that you mentioned?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

1 year ago I bought arc a750 LE, a few months ago I got bsod once again but it didn't happen again and when I searched some forums it was because of antivirus programs, now I don't have any antivirus programs, the gpu was working without any problems, I only get bsod when playing cs2, I play ghost of tsusima elden ring sekiro wuthering waves and genshin impact, I don't get any bsod in them, but occasionally there is a problem of kicking out of the game, it doesn't give any error for example

the problem solving steps I have tried so far
1) update driver to whql version (with ddu)
2) Windows Memory Diagnostic (no problems found)
3) updated the bios
4) I scanned the system with antivirus programs
5)activated secure boot
system temperatures are normal I get bsod 2-3 hours after playing cs2 and I don't have any problems before that
Thank you in advance

Hello iov,
Thank you for the update.
Based on you 2 post, I am also thinking that other components may cause the issue. You may also test them specially the RAM.
As for the Arc Graphics, let me gather more information.
- Can you share the specification of your power supply?
- Please help generate the SSU of your system. Please follow the steps in the link below:

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
