• Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay. 
• When did the issue first occur?

I'm using steam I guess.

the error i'm talking about occurs in the very beginning when i first enter the game in the first mission.

i have clean installation before and other game such like call of duty modern warfare 2 and cod vanguard are all ok for gaming.

Hi @magix,

Please try reinstalling the game or verifying the game files integrity. After that, perform a clean graphics driver installation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), not just a standard clean install. Once completed install the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.7026 (WHQL Certified) here: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* , retest the game.

used ddu to uninstall all the drivers,  and reinstall the 7026 version driver, still the same as follow:

i found that the game appeared normal as i used the integrated graphic of 9700x cpu. (now i have disabled it before reinstall and used ddu to uninstall all the amd graphic drivers)
