Hello Raduin,
Informamos que só posso apoiá-lo em inglês. Usei uma ferramenta de tradução da web para traduzir essa resposta, portanto, pode haver alguma tradução imprecisa.
It seems that you are having issues while playing Black desert as it crashes and gives bad performance overall. It would be helpful if you could share the more information for me to investigate further. Please see below.
1. Was the issue present from the start of using the A750?
2. Is the issue isolated to Black desert?
3. When the game crashes, are there error messages? If there is, please share a photo of the error.
4. Which digital game distribution platform are you using to play the game (Steam, Epic Games, etc)?
Please generate SSU report for me to check your system configuration and components.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jed G.
