I purchased an ARC A750 graphics card, and before that, I used a core display, everything was normal. However, after using A750, the following issues occurred:
1. The display (HDMI interface) always shows no signal
2. Unable to enter the bios, or rather able to enter, but the display does not display graphics
3. Able to enter the system, but the display shows no signal most of the time. Restarting multiple times has a probability of causing the display to display normally
4. Under normal usage, that is, when entering the system and displaying normally, if I turn off the display and then turn it back on, the display will display no signal. When setting the retro zoom type in the arcControl panel, the display screen will turn black and show no signal. This situation can also occur when starting certain games, such as Fate 2.
This is my computer information:
System: windows10 (22h2)
cpu:intel i5 13600K
Power supply: 650w
Main board: msi pro b660m g drr4

Hello MrLGC,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Does the issue happen with other ports?
- Is the Resiable Bar enabled?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Fortunately, I have found the problem. The reason is that the A750 and my monitor are not compatible (bought 5 years ago). Now that I have bought a new monitor, it can be used normally.
