I don't speak English, so I'll be writing using a translator, so please understand. I've had this happen once before, and it resolved over time, but now it doesn't work. Currently, all updates are up to date and I've even rebooted.

I am sorry, but support is only provided in the English language. While you can continue to provide text in your own language, which we can translate ourselves, these translators do not work for any text that is included in pictures that are included. Today I'm going to reinstall the control panel as it may be a control panel issue.

I just asked GPT and found out that my graphics version is an older generation, but it doesn't seem to be able to auto-detect. I have to upload it manually.

More information is needed.

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.
