missing funtions in intel arc command center

so ive been having an issue with intel xe graphics command center. i just got a new tv which gets sent the auto low latancy to my tv which triggersd it into game mode. now my tv when its in game mode you cant do anything with bpicture settings until its out of game more and no matter what i do i cannot find the telemety overlay or anything involving low latancy. i know the computer has this funtion because its triggering it as soon as the software opens ive tried uninstalling with ddu in safe mode and without safe mode and no matter what i do i cant figure it out can some please help with this
