performance option problem

Hi  i have problem with software on intel arc 770 because i dont have performance option and i downloaded the last version Screenshot_2.png

Hello ALAK,

 

To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below:

 

  • May I know the exact driver version you downloaded?
  • What is the previous driver version you're using?

 

You may try this proven step in resolving this issue.

 

Were able to replicate the issue using our A770 with the graphics driver versions 32.0.101.6259 and 32.0.101.6458_101.6257 WHQL Certified (Latest). We can confirm that Tuning (BETA) is detected in both drivers. However, version 32.0.101.6259 is no longer listed on the download center.

 

Please try to install the latest graphics driver, 32.0.101.6460_101.6259. before installing, you should perform DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

version was 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262 and now i am back 32.0.101.6319

Please note that Intel® Graphics Software Performance Tuning is currently in Beta, so performance and features may behave unexpectedly. Intel® will continue to refine the Performance Tuning software in future releases.

Please note that Intel® Graphics Software Performance Tuning is currently in Beta, so performance and features may behave unexpectedly. Intel® will continue to refine the Performance Tuning software in future releases. We understand how valuable it is for monitoring GPU performance and other hardware metrics during gaming and various tasks.

 

For now, you can use "Performance -> Metrics" from IGS.

I understand that I previously informed you that I cannot monitor this thread, but after further checking, it seems I need to investigate this issue internally.

 

We are currently investigating the issue with the IGS and will continue our investigation even without the SSU log report. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter. I will keep you informed as soon as we have more information from our investigation
