poor performance in fortnite dx11 or performance mode

Hi so i have a issue with my intel arc with dx11 performance i know the arc is bad with dx11 but i had no idea this bad. Fortnite being such a popular game is underperformed by the arc. In dx12 its fine since the card was made for it but they should at least start adding dx11 support in popular games or could ask fortnite to make dx12 performance since performance mode is a striped down version of dx11.I hope you guys can try your best to take this into consideration i know you guys are working hard. Rest assured that we are already investigating on this issue.

I have few questions regarding to your concern.

• May I know if Fortnite is working fine before on DX11?
• If yes, are there any changes on your system before you encounter the issue?
• Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?

No it was never working fine on dx11 and i have not made any changes also and the drivers are up to date as of today they are 32.0.101.6319 the ssu i sent is older but no system change except that has been made

I do know ARC was mainly made for DX12 and i get more fps on DX12 then DX11 but its still annoying since I dont like the high graphics and want to play fortnite on DX11 performance mode since fortnite performance mode is just stripped down DX11 mabey you could ask fortnite to make a DX12 performance mode for more modern systems
