Sorry if it's not the right translation, I'm not using the English version of Arc Control
The issue is that, every hour or so (pretty randomly), I will have a notification from Arc Control telling me that my PC has been reconnected to the Internet because it wasn't before, but this is entirely false, my PC isn't being disconnected

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are facing an internet connection notification from Intel Arc Control.
To further investigate your issue, please provide us with the following:
- Do you recall if this started after a driver update?
- Could you change the PC language to English so you can take a screenshot of the Arc Control notification you receive fully translated to English?
- Create system reports using the following applications:
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel
SSU): - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel
- Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.

Given that I have my Arc card since not long ago, I never had any driver updates, so I won't be able to answer that

Just chiming in to state that this issue also affects my system (Arc A770), though not that frequent. It didnt bother me too much, otherwise I wouldve reported it earlier.

Thank you for the information provided. We understand that you couldn't take the screenshot in English, and we appreciate that you have shared it in French.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver and Arc Control:
- Uninstall Arc Control:
- Press the Windows key.
- Click on settings.
- Select Apps and then select Apps & features.
- Search for Intel® Arc™ Control software.
- Click on it and select the option to uninstall.
- To uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver, see: Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*, and install the latest driver available, 31.0.101.4255.
