good afternoon, I'm David, I urgently need you to test the Intel Arc A770 16GB LE with the temperature and also test RDR2 on Vulkan or Cyberpunk 2077, to see exactly what temperature reaches you, I urgently need that test and video maximum 4 6 hours, With the computer lid closed and nothing, the fans 100%, all automatic and nothing with the ABI lid to see if it is normal or not.

I just want to clarify that regardless of the GPU workload (a game title, an application or benchmark, etc) the temperature should not exceed 90 C for any prolonged time (i.e. more than sudden spikes in seconds). The fan speed is not a fixed threshold or goal, per example: expecting that to sustain 70 C the fan speed "must be" at 2000rpm this would be unrealistic without knowing the design specifications of the product which varies from vendor to vendor and is specific to each individual silicon, therefore please adjust your expectations within the frame of the official product specifications which is that the maximum temperature is 90 C.

If your GPU is working at 90 C or higher (regardless of the workload) then you can test by setting a Fan Curve in Intel Arc Control, however if the issue persists then it may be time to explore warranty options once the basic troubleshooting elements have been explored, for reference:

Good afternoon, then if I play 5 or 6 hours and it reaches 89 and 90 degrees is considered normal?

The GPU should not reach 90 C or above for longer than a few seconds. If you see your GPU working at this temperature (or above) for extended periods of time then you can start a warranty process with the card's manufacturer/place of purchase.

By the way, I noticed you opened a case with us last year about the same issue (https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/very-high-temperature-90-degrees-Intel-Arc-A770/td-p/1481395/page/2) our recommendation at that time was the same as it is now. Please contact your place of purchase to begin a warranty process.
