Regarding those glowing areas and texture issues in Apex Legends*, our engineering team is currently investigating this behavior to find a permanent fix.


In the meantime, you can try this quick workaround to get back into the action:

  • Adjust VRAM: Try reducing your in-game VRAM usage setting to 2GB. This has helped stabilize the visuals for many players while we work on the driver side.

How to Reduce VRAM to 2GB in Apex Legends

You can find the specific setting for memory allocation within the game's menu:

  1. Launch Apex Legends and open the Settings menu (gear icon in the bottom right).
  2. Navigate to the Video tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Advanced section.
  4. Locate the Texture Streaming Budget dropdown menu and select 2GB VRAM.

我更新了8737版本,直接无法启动了,以下是报错:commandline: "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\r5apex_dx12.exe" -steam -game R2
title: Fatal Error - Engine Error
error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.

目前只有8629及以下可以正常启动,以上的版本全部无法启动
1.Steam平台启动的Apex Legends
2.Ultra 7 265K+A770 16G,32G D5 5600 MHz内存,主板是微星PRO B860M-A WIFI
3.Windows版本是win11专业工作站版26200.8246

具体触发情况:
1.点击启动游戏静默闪退,表现为什么都没加载出来,后台进程还未加载完成就消失了

2.点击启动游戏进入游戏开屏动画,但是未进入选择服务器界面就闪退,此时会给出报错信息error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

我观察过任务管理器,大部分静默闪退的情况下游戏进程都没有加载正常内存大小,仅不到300mb就迅速闪退,在开屏动画闪退的情况是会加载到正常大小
