I using A770 and HP Omen 25i Monitor.

And I turn on the HDR and VRR

So now I have a display problem.

When I turn off the system, display are stuck. Don't going sleep mode, no reaction OSD, power button, screen keep lighting.

I send the display to HP CS center, and they can't find any problem (they used GTX1660 GPU)

Now I received my monitor and problem is keep stay.

I need help.

Hello Yu_ripy

Thank you for posting on the  Intel® ARC™ Graphics.

I would like to get a better picture of this issue since it is not clear, you mentioned there different symptoms when the system is turned off, Could you please elaborate on that? If possible share with us a short video showing the issue so we can help you with this one.

Also, please share with us a report from the Intel® System Support Utility so we can check your system specs for possible updates.

Best Regards,

Hello Yu_ripy

I understand that the GPU was sold and is no longer available for troubleshooting, we apologize the GPU was not working as expected from the beginning. We will now be closing this thread but if you face any other issue with Intel products feel free to open a new one.
