APEX the game has encountered a problem

Here is my PC information: I am using a custom-built desktop with an Intel Arc A770 GPU running the latest drivers. I have Re-size BAR enabled, and all other driver settings are at their defaults. I used a driver uninstaller tool to perform a clean install and updated to driver version 8331, which resolved some issues. However, I am still experiencing ground texture abnormalities on the 'Broken Moon' map. It manifests as large blocky squares, and grass textures fail to render. I downloaded the Apex Legends client through Steam, and I have also tried launching it via the EA App, but the problem persists I am very eager to get this resolved as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.

We understand you are experiencing ground texture abnormalities and rendering issues on the "Broken Moon" map while using your Intel Arc A770 GPU, despite performing a clean driver installation. 


Intel is currently investigating this issue. In the meantime, please try reducing the VRAM usage to 2GB within the game settings as a temporary workaround.

If the issue persists after following these steps, we will need more technical details to investigate further. Please provide an Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) log file:
