Hello Fau2,
I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. After extensive testing and replication, we have determined that upgrading to the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6972 successfully addresses the issue. I kindly suggest updating your graphics driver to this version.
Prior to the update, please ensure a clean installation by utilizing Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to eliminate any residual components of the previous drivers. This step is essential for achieving optimal performance.
Once you have completed the update, we would be grateful if you could inform us of the results. Should the issue persist, we are more than willing to continue our investigation.
Best regards,
Norman S.

Hello Fau2,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
I understand that you're seeing artifacts while playing a game. The video that you posted was really helpful for me to have a wider view of the issue. It would also be helpful if you can share the information below.
1. By WOT, are you referring to World of Tanks?
2. Was this working fine before?
3. Did you make any recent changes to the system?
4. Is the issue isolated to this game?
5. Which digital game distribution platform are you using to play the game (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

1. Yes. World of Tanks.
2. Yes. All games working fine before. Before Arc b580 it was Nvidia 1660 OC 6Gb. without working glitches.
3. I replaced the video cards. Removed the nvidia driver with the DDU utility and installed new Intel drivers (Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows gfx_win_101.6559).
4. I'm testing a few games on a new video card, I found one glitch only in the World of Tanks game, in a certain mode of the game (different background) The battle itself without any glitches. The video card does not throttle, did not overclock. stable 60C.
5. I use Wargaming.net Game Center. Reinstalled after this glitch. No changes.
Thank you. I just want to help Arc community to do best products.
