Arc B580 performance in The Finals

Hello, I recently helped my brother upgrade his machine with a B580 and noticed that The Finals performs worse than before. It is definitely under performing relative to the class of card, but it seems consistent with videos I've seen. The previous card was an Nvidia GTX 1660 super, which should be considerably weaker. I am wondering if the reasoning could be investigated? Thanks!

1. A clear description of the exact issue you are experiencing (for example, FPS drops, stuttering, crashes, or visual artifacts). If possible, please share a short video demonstrating the issue.

2. Please provide your current in‑game graphics used while testing, including resolution, quality presets, and any enabled features (such as upscaling or ray tracing).

3.Kindly let us know the platform from which The Finals was downloaded (for example, Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.). If available, please include the download link.

4. SSU (System Support Utility) Report:

Please generate and share an SSU report to help us review the complete system configuration. You can download the SSU tool using the link below:
