- Game version / build number you are currently using
- Confirmation of the troubleshooting steps you have already tried
- please let us know if you have already performed a clean driver installation using DDU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
Once we have this information, we can continue the investigation and check this behavior more closely with the snapshot driver versions.
