Opening my own thread since a moderator suggested I do so.
So for path of exile 1 there is only one way to play the game and that is by using Vulkan, but all drivers i have tried lead to instant crashes (meaning game just dies and there is no error report).
I have used DDU to remove old drivers and also when trying out different versions, no version Vulkan remains stable over 5 min, seams when drivers are freshly installed the game runs on Vulkan for about 5-10 min with nice FPS with good settings, even when playing in juiced maps with friends. But after the "first crash" it is like the Vulkan library is forever corrupted and then you can barley load the game before it crashes again.
I have included some reports here from event viewer and can produce more information or other testes if needed, main goal is to get Vulkan to work here.

Hello RiL83,
Thank you for opening your own thread and providing details about the Vulkan crashes in Path of Exile.
To properly investigate this issue, I need the following:
- SSU (System Support Utility) log file - for system configuration analysis
- Crash/dump files - any available crash dumps or error logs
- Driver versions list - all Intel graphics driver versions you've tested with DDU
The pattern you describe suggests a specific system configuration issue that we can identify with proper diagnostic data.
Once I review this information, I can provide targeted troubleshooting steps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hi Jeanette
I am fairly sure that I used DDU for all the listed drivers in my original post, I know with 100% that it was used to try 6647, 6733 and today 8250.
No dump files where generated since windows do not crash, I did however use NotMyFault to generate a dump file after latest crash, event error is attached, if you want the dump file kindly inform me how/where I upload this one (16GB).
I highly doubt this has anything to do with my configuration since there are multiple threads for the same issue on this game, as well as for Path of Exile 2. There are threads here on intel support page as well as on PoE, all have same story that DX 12 performance is so bad its not playable (other thread on Intel has links to youtube clips) and that for Vulcan it works nice for 1-few mins then the game just closes with no error msgs or anything.

Hello RiL83,
Thank you for the detailed information and confirming your DDU usage with the driver versions.
Given the pattern you've described and the broader scope of this issue, I'll proceed with further internal investigation on our end. I'll keep you updated as our internal review progresses.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello RiL83,
I wanted to update you that I am actively investigating this issue internally, and your assistance in providing an SSU log file would be invaluable to our analysis.
Given that this appears to be a widespread compatibility concern, we're systematically collecting SSU logs from affected systems to identify recurring patterns across hardware configurations, driver versions, and system settings. Your system data could provide the critical insight needed to isolate the root cause.
How your SSU log would contribute:
- Enable comparison of your configuration with other affected systems
- Help identify driver or firmware inconsistencies across cases
- Reveal specific hardware combinations that may be triggering this issue
If you prefer to share the log file confidentially, I can arrange for private communication via email. Please let me know your preference, and I'll send you the appropriate instructions.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
