Very bad stuttering and frame rates up and down all over the place in Tarkov.
Latest Driver 8331 also tested 8347.
Rolling back to 8132 and will test again, if this doesn't work I will test on a RX6600.
As this will confirm Driver and card issues.
B580 - 15% - 25% - 100% up and down, strange behavior.
CPU - AMD - 5600 @ 4.3mhz. - 72c.
32GB - 3200mhz.
HDMI - 1080p - 60fps.

Hello KoN,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.
1. What resolution and refresh rate are you playing at?
2. What in game settings are you using?
3. Does stuttering happen immediately when launching the game?
4. Do other games run smoothly on your system?
5. Which game distribution platform are you using (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Res = 1080p @ 60.
Low settings in game.
No, over clocks.
Card isn't running at 100% or even close. Sometimes runs at 35%
Seems the card with latest driver 8331 has gone back to CPU over head .

Hello KoN,
Thank you for this information. Can you please also inform me if the stuttering happens immediately when launching the game and if other games run smoothly on your system?
I would also like to follow up about the System Support Utility report. This will help me to check your system configuration.
I look forward to your response.

So I did a complete uninstallation using DDU on desktop, then after that went into safe mode and did a complete uninstallation of all graphic cards and also audio.
Set Bios to defaults.
Did a system scan with no errors for hardware.
I installed driver 8132. Clean install and reboot.
Loaded Tarkov, and it ran better than before but only at 36% - 44% use. But better.
Same map and same settings, I could see better FPS and stable @ 55fps CAP.
I then changed game setting to medium.
Went to bios
Rebar was not enabled, so enabled tried again and its smooth and graphics look good.
Something definitely not right with latest driver for me.
Also, driver boost says PCI Express upstream and downstream are out of date on latest drivers.
But Driver 8132 does not repot this.
So maybe latest driver 8331 is not loading upstream and downstream PCI Express. Drivers.

Hello KoN,
Thank you so much for your continued effort—the steps you’ve taken so far are greatly appreciated. To help us further isolate the issue, could you please confirm which map in Tarkov is affected? Additionally, do you notice similar performance regressions with driver version 8331 in other games, or is this specific to Tarkov?
To ensure we have a complete picture, I’d also like to check your BIOS version and motherboard model. If possible, please share a System Support Utility (SSU) report as it will provide valuable details for our investigation.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards
