Hi Drangueforde,
Thank you for providing the details regarding the crash issue in Granblue Fantasy: Relink (Endless Ragnarok DLC).
- To help us further investigate and identify the cause of the issue, could you please provide the following additional information?
- When did the crashing issue first start? Did it occur only after installing the Endless Ragnarok DLC, or was the base game also experiencing crashes before the DLC release?
- How frequently does the crash occur (for example, every session, after a specific amount of gameplay time, or only during specific missions/effects)?
- When the crash occurs, does the game close to the desktop, freeze completely, or does the system restart/encounter a BSOD?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
SSU:
To better understand your system's configuration, we kindly request that you download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software.
You can find the download link here:
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
- Here's a quick guide on using the Intel SSU:
- Download and launch SSU.exe.
- Check the box for "Everything."
- Click "Scan."
- When the scanning is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save."
- Please send the saved file to us.
This information will greatly assist us in diagnosing and addressing the specific concerns with your system. If you encounter any challenges during this process or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Greetings,
1. Started back in the base game and seemed to escalate further with the DLC.
2. The time varies but it seems to happen every time I play and at least once. Seems to occur most frequently when skills effects are going off during battle or still going off at the conclusion of a fight during the chest looting phase. Just spam abilities and it should occur.
3. Game and audio seems to freeze/stutter, then crashes directly to desktop with no error message. No system restart or BSOD that I am aware of.
4. Yes. I have tried the following:
* Disabled Vsync since it already limits my FPS to 60 in the graphic settings.
* Lowered the settings from Ultra to High and Standard.
* Disable Steam overlay completely for the game.
Here is the SSU. I've also contacted the game developer just in case this is a game build issue. I also have other dump files, which I'll include in a zip.

Hi Drangueforde,
Thank you for providing this information.
Intel has recently released a new graphics driver version. To help isolate whether the issue is driver-related, may I kindly ask you to completely uninstall the current graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before installing Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8864.
To uninstall the Intel graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), please follow the steps below:
- Download the latest version of DDU.
- If you downloaded the installer version, run the installer. A shortcut will be created on the desktop.
- If you downloaded the portable/self-extracting version, locate the executable file and extract it to a preferred location. Please remember the extraction path.
- Reboot the system into Windows Safe Mode.
- Launch the DDU application using either the desktop shortcut or the extracted executable file.
- When the Options window appears, click “Close.”
- Set the device type to “GPU” and select the graphics device you would like to remove. If you prefer a complete cleanup, you may choose to remove all GPU drivers.
- Click “Clean and Restart” or “Clean and Shutdown,” depending on your preference.
- Wait for the process to complete. The system will automatically restart into normal Windows mode or shut down once finished.
Thank you for your cooperation throughout the process.
Best regards,
Enrico Maco B.

Tested with 8864 drivers. Crash still occurred. Crash happened within 10 minutes of gameplay. Crash happened while walking toward a portal within The Conflux. Was able to walk to other portals before crash occurred, so not sure what to make of that. Crash happened shortly after fighting a boss, so could again be tied to skill VFX going off. I've included dxdiag, event viewer, and the dmp file from the game itself.

Hi Drangueforde,
Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support.
I have attempted to reproduce the issue you reported in our lab environment using a system with an Intel® Arc™ A770 graphics card and the same driver versions. During our testing, no crashes were observed. Since the issue could not be reproduced on a similar system and driver, this suggests that the problem may be specific to your system environment rather than a driver or game compatibility issue.
To help us further isolate the cause, could you please let us know if you have already tried the following steps?
- Verify the game files through your game launcher.
- Run the System File Checker (SFC):
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Run the following command:
- sfc /scannow
- Perform a clean installation of Windows to ensure a clean operating system environment and eliminate any corrupted system files.
For your reference, here are videos showing our successful testing with the Intel® Arc™ A770:
- Intel® Arc™ A770 with graphics driver 32.101.8661 (the driver version and settings are shown near the end of the video):
- Intel® Arc™ A770 with graphics driver 32.101.8664:
For the System File Checker (SFC) and the clean Windows installation, we recommend contacting Microsoft Support for assistance to ensure these procedures are performed correctly. Once you have completed these steps, please let us know the results.
If the issue continues to occur even after performing a clean Windows installation, please inform us so we can continue our investigation.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to your update.
Best regards,
Enrico Maco B.

Appreciate the reply and the video.
I tried to capture the issue while running hwinfo and was unable to capture it, as the game always decided to behave during such moments. I took a break from playing the game and it is possible this was a game build issue unrelated to Intel Arc drivers, at least that is what some of the dmp files seemed to suggest.
Drivers have been updated, so has the game version. I do know someone on the steam discussion was able to corroborate my dmp file issue by reporting their own that as similar.
I ran sfc /scan and discovered a few corrupted files which were corrected. Game integrity is fine and verified.
I don't know, I don't want to say it is resolved but it has gone away one way or another. I haven't been playing it enough lately to give real feedback. All I know is during my brief sessions, no crashes happened. If I manage to catch it with hwinfo running, I'll let you know. Stress testing the GPU revealed no issues either; both Furmark and Valley ran just fine.
