After the latest game update(6.8 2025), there has been a phenomenon of game crashes. It is currently unknown whether it is an incompatibility on our end or a problem with the game manufacturer. We hope that it can be fixed in the next graphics card driver version
I checked the crash report of the game and it didn't show what the crash was about, but the people around me rarely use Intel graphics cards, so I don't know what caused the game to crash

Hello @LanTi
As you pointed out this sudden crash started right after the game update 36.00.
Intel is currently investigating this issue.
In the meantime I suggest running the game in DirectX 12 which is currently more stable.
Below are the steps to force the game to launch in DX12:
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- In the top-right corner, click on the initial of your Display Name
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down and expand Fortnite.
- Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments.
- Type: -d3d12
- Relaunch Fortnite
Note: In order to switch back to DirectX 11 you need to delete the command/uncheck the box.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.

I do not have reports of the game crashing when running on DirectX 12 rendering mode.
Actually I have been playing the game (version 36.00-CL-43339403) for 7 consecutive rounds and no crash yet.
Can you capture the crash log and if there is any error message?
