Hi,
Currently unable to capture video using Intel Arc Control on my Intel Arc A770 16GB LE.
- Driver version: 31.0.101.4826
- DDU has been used on every driver update
- Note new beta driver is available to test
- Intel Arc Control is affected
- Intel SSU report is attached
- A screenshot is attached
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open Intel Arc Control
- Go to Capture tab
- Press start
Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you for your patience.
I have worked on the reproduction of your issue and I have been able to replicated, the Capture feature currently doesn't work when the display has HDR turned on. We're looking to see if this can be enabled in a future Arc Control release but can't commit to any outcome yet.

Thank you for posting on the Intel
We released a new graphics driver this week, and I noticed on the Intel® SSU that the graphics driver is not updated, follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Uninstall Intel® Arc™ Control by following the steps below
- Press the Windows key.
- Click on settings.
- Select Apps and then select Apps & features.
- Search for Intel® Arc™ Control software.
- Click on it and select the option to uninstall.
- Reinstall Intel® Arc™ Control by installing the graphics driver 31.0.101.4885. For guidance, on How to Install Intel® Arc Control.

I have already tried this, used DDU then rebooted and installed the latest 4885 Beta, exact same issue occurs.
